How much does it cost?

Delivery to UK mainland is free.

How long does it take?

Delivery usually takes up to 7 working days. However, we’d ask you to wait up to 14 working days before contacting us about your order.


Sometimes, it may take us a bit more time to deliver your product just so we can process your details on the pay monthly plan. Also, we don’t keep a huge stock – allowing us to provide more cost savings for you.


All products will be sent out for delivery once your details have been processed. This includes confirming your payment details, that you are who you say you are and a valid address. This can take up to 3 working days.

Where do you deliver?

For the time being, we only sell and deliver within the UK. This may change in the future.

Can I track my order?

We will keep you up-to-date on the status of your delivery the best way that we can and provide tracking details if possible.


This is also available upon request.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

Most products will require a signatory upon delivery and will not fit through the letter box. Please ensure someone is present.


Please inform us when placing your order (under ‘Order notes’ in the checkout page) to identify the most suitable day/time and any other necessary delivery instructions.


Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee the exact date or time for delivery as we use various couriers to provide cost savings on delivery for our customers.

Any additional charges?

Under some circumstances, delivery may incur a charge. This may be for large or heavy goods or if you live outside of mainland UK on the Channel Islands or to hard to reach places i.e. congestion zones.


In these situations, we will be transparent with you beforehand.

What about failed deliveries?

If delivery, for whatever reason, is not possible, we will attempt a redelivery or a refund, provided the goods are sent back to us.

What if I purchase more than one product?

If you purchase more than one product, you may receive them from different distribution companies at different times. This allows us to manage stock more efficiently and offer the best value and fastest delivery service for you.

What if my product arrives damaged?

If your product arrives as damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.


Please notify the courier upon delivery and ensure that they label it as a damaged product. Alternatively, refuse delivery. This will help in assisting with a claim.
