What is your returns policy?

All of our products come with a 14-days returns policy.

How do I submit a return?

Please contact us to arrange a return and for our return address.

What if I change my mind?

Please contact us if the product you ordered is damaged, not quite what you were expecting or if you’ve changed your mind.


We’ll do everything we can to make things right.

Can products be opened?

Products must be unopened and unused, unless they are faulty.


If returning a product, it cannot be switched on or have any software installed, as these cannot be restocked. No warranty seals can also be opened.

Who pays for return postage?

Postage costs for returns are to be paid for by the buyer, unless the product arrives as damaged or faulty.


We recommend tracked delivery to ensure your product gets back to us safely.

What if my product arrives damaged?

If your product arrives as damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.


Please notify the courier upon delivery and ensure that they label it as a damaged product. Alternatively, refuse delivery. This will help in assisting with a claim.

What happens next?

Once returned to us, product(s) will be inspected.


Any money already processed will be refunded and future monthly payments cancelled.


Please allow up to 14 working days to receive the funds.

How will I get a refund?

If you submit a return before the first instalment is paid, you may still be charged as the payment may already be under process. If this is the case, a full refund will be given thereafter.
